  • International Shipping: Orders outside the U.S. may take 7 to 15 business days for delivery, depending on the destination and customs processing.
  • Order Processing: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is shipped.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Personalized Items: Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
